Please check this email. Is it good enough. How can i improve?

I am Jane Silverstone, i live in XXX xxxxx . I came across your email ID on ‘ABC news – Appointment’. Though i did not find a suitable position that i am interested in, i would like to post my resume to you so that you may consider me for any job openings in Human Resource or Admin jobs. I am interested in permanent as well as Temporary job openings. I am attaching my resume with this email.
I have graduated in Business Administration in Human Resources and while pursuing My bachelors degree, i undertook three placements in different companies. These projects were done in the field of Human Resources. The details of the placements are in my resume. I have a good understanding of this field, I am a quick learner and am keen on learning. I am highly self motivated and hard working. I believe that my education and industry placement will make me a good candidate for this position.

Make sure you use capitol letters correctly. Example follows:
My name is Jane Silverstone and I live in XXX xxxxx . I came across your email ID on ‘ABC news – Appointment’. I am including my resume in consideration for any position you feel I am qualified for. I am interested in either a permanent or temporary positon.
I graduated with a _______ in Business Administration in Human Resources.
