HR Exec is pleased to offer a Career Counseling service, where human resources executives in the construction industry can obtain professional career counseling. Counseling is managed by professional career counselors and covers topics such as workplace challenges, job assessment and evaluation, job search strategies, work/life issues, and other more personalized issues.

Career Counseling is an all-inclusive service that includes a half-hour session for intake to determine your career concerns and which assessment is appropriate. The remainder of the session includes instruction on completing up to two assessment instruments, and an hour-long interpretation session and follow up. The process may extend into additional sessions, depending upon the goals established in the initial intake session.
