Job Description:

We are currently working with a Design/Build Firm to fill a position for Director of Recruitment in Orlando, Fl. This person should be able to provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to a team of experienced recruiters and support staff who provide recruiting support to division managers across several company divisions. This team fills all level positions within the company.

The sucessful candidate should be able to develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates, manage a well-developed group of quality vendors and work closely with the division managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate on national-level initiatives. This position reports to the Region Vice President.
