Vice President Human Resources- Construction



Job Description:


We are currently working with a General Construction firm in Dallas, Tx that is seeking a VP HR. The Vice President of Human Resources works with the President and other members of the management team to build and manage the Human Resources organization, which includes recruiting and knowledge management.

Other requirements to include:

  • 10 years of broad-based HR experience, six of which must be at the management level.
  • Very strong proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Strong process orientation
  • Detail oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem solving
  • Ability to provide vision and leadership
  • Ability to plan and schedule the work of others
  • Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment
  • A Master's degree in business, HR, or industrial relations with post graduate degree preferred
